He (is) the One Who enables you to travel in the land and the sea, until, when you are in the ships and they sail with them with a wind good, and they rejoice therein comes to it a wind stormy, and comes to them the waves from every place, and they assume that they are surrounded with them. They call Allah sincerely to Him (in) the religion, (saying), "If You save us from this, surely we will be among the thankful."
He it is who enables you to travel on land and sea. And [behold what happens] when you go to sea in ships: [they go to sea in ships,] and they sail on in them in a favourable wind, and they rejoice thereat until there comes upon them a tempest, and waves surge towards them from all sides, so that they believe themselves to be encompassed [by death; and then] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone, "If Thou wilt but save us from this, we shall most certainly be among the grateful!"

He it is Who enables you to travel through the land and the sea, till when you are in the ships and (the vessels) started sailing with these (passengers) with a favourable wind and (riders) became very happy with this (vessel), (there) came to this (vessel) a wind, very stormy and came to them the waves from all positions and they became sure that it (the vessel) is overwhelmed and encircled along with them, they invoked Allah, keeping pure for Him the Religion: “Surely if you rescued us from this, truly, we become out of those who are grateful.
He is the One Who enables you to travel through the land and by the sea; until when you are on board a ship, as the ship sails with a favorable wind and they feel happy about it; but when there comes a stormy wind and the waves reach them from all sides and they think they are being overwhelmed: then they pray to Allah with their sincere devotion, saying, "If You deliver us from this, we shall become your true thankful devotees!"
It is He who transports you across land and sea. Until, when you are on ships, sailing in a favorable wind, and rejoicing in it, a raging wind arrives. The waves surge over them from every side, and they realize that they are besieged. Thereupon they pray to God, professing sincere devotion to Him: 'If You save us from this, we will be among the appreciative.'
He is The (One) Who makes you to travel on the land and the sea till, when you are in the ships, and the ships run with them with a good wind, and they exult with it, there comes to them (i.e., the ships) a tempestuous wind, and waves come on them from every place, and they expect that they are encompassed. They invoke Allah, making the religion His faithfully, "Indeed if You deliver us from these, (i.e., the wind and the waves) indeed we will definitely be of the thankful."
When you are rejoicing in a boat, a favorable breeze and a violent storm arises with waves surrounding you from all sides. Thinking that you will not survive, you start to pray sincerely to God. In prayer, you say, "If You rescue us from this we shall certainly be grateful"
He is the One who enables you to travel on land and at sea, until when you are aboard the boats, and they sail with those on board, under a favorable wind, and they are pleased with it, there comes upon them a violent wind, and the wave comes upon them from every direction, and they think that they are surrounded from all sides, they pray to Allah, having faith in Him alone, (and say,) .If You deliver us from this, we shall be grateful indeed
He it is Who enables you to travel in the land and the sea. When you board the ships, the ships sail with the voyagers with a favorable breeze. And they rejoice therein. If a stormy wind comes and the waves surround them, they think they are overwhelmed. Then they implore God, in all sincerity turning to His Universal Laws, saying, "If You only save us this time, we will truly show our gratitude."
He lets you move about in the world, by land and by sea. As they sail by ship well pleased by the favorable winds, suddenly the weather turns nasty and the waves come slapping about from all directions. They feel overwhelmed. At such a time they abandon all others and call Allah exclusively. Pleading solely to Him, they say, "If only You rescue us now, we would stay grateful forever."
It is He, Who enables you to travel by land and sea; So that when you get into ships— They (the ships) sail with them by the right wind, and they become happy with it; Then comes a stormy wind and the waves come to them from every side, and they think they are being overcome: Then they cry to Allah, truly offering (their) duty to Him, saying, "If You save us from this, we shall truly show our thanks!"
It is He who enables you to travel on land and sea until, when you are in ships and they sail with them by a good wind and they rejoice therein, there comes a storm wind and the waves come upon them from everywhere and they assume that they are surrounded, supplicating Allah , sincere to Him in religion, "If You should save us from this, we will surely be among the thankful."

But when a gale begins to blow and the waves dash against them from every side they realise that they have been caught in it, (and) they call on God in all faith: "If You save us from this we shall ever be grateful."
It is He who conveys you on both land and sea so that when some of you are on a boat, running before a fair wind, rejoicing at it, and then a violent squall comes upon them and the waves come at them from every side and they realise there is no way of escape, they call on Allah, making their deen sincerely His: ´If You rescue us from this, we will truly be among the thankful.´

And they thought that they were encircled, then at that time, they call Allah being purely His bondmen, that if You would save us from this, we shall then surely be thankful.
He is the One who moves you across the land and sea. You get onto the ships, and they sail smoothly in a nice breeze. Then, while rejoicing therein, violent wind blows, and the waves surround them from every side. This is when they implore GOD, sincerely devoting their prayers to Him alone: "If You only save us this time, we will be eternally appreciative."

He is who makes you walk/move/ride in the shore/land and the sea (large body of water) until when you were in the ships, and We flowed/ran with them with a good/enjoyable wind/breeze, and they became happy/rejoiced with it, (then) a stormy/violent wind came to it, and the waves/surges came to them from every place, and they thought/assumed that they are (being) surrounded/encircled with them, they called God faithful/loyal/devoted for Him (in) the religion: "If (E) you saved/rescued us from this, we will become (E) from the thankful/grateful."
You are the same people who enjoy the pleasant wind which moves your ships in the sea. Then, when a strong storm blows upon you from every side, you start begging from the bottom of your heart for a “miracle” and promise that you will be My sincere servants
It is He Who transports you over the land and the sea; to the extent that when you are in ships - and the ships sail with them with a favourable breeze and they rejoice at it - a gust of strong wind reaches them and waves come to them from every side and they realise that they are surrounded, - thereupon they pray to Allah as His sincere bondmen that, "If You rescue us from this, we will surely be thankful."
HE it is Who enables you to journey through land and sea until when you are on board the ships and they sail with them with a fair breeze and they rejoice in it, there overtakes them (the ships) a violent wind and the waves come on them from every side and they think that they are encompassed, then they call upon ALLAH, in sincere submission to HIM, saying, `If thou deliver us from this, we will surely be of the thankful.
He is the One Who (enables) you to travel through land and sea, until when you board the vessels, and they (the vessels), carrying the passengers, sail with the favourable wind, they rejoice over it. But (all of a sudden) a violent wind overtakes them (the vessels), and (the mounting) waves surge (towards) those (aboard) from all sides. And they start thinking that they are (now) besieged by them (the waves. At that time) they call out to Allah (with the mind) that they sincerely devote their Din (Religion) to Him alone (and submit: ‘O Allah,) if You deliver us from this (monstrous torment), we shall certainly become amongst (Your) grateful servants.

But when the light wind changes to a brisk gale** and waves rise in billows tossing them in every direction and they think they are enclosed by danger on all sides and they are bereaved of hope, they invoke Allah with an unconscious common feeling of an intuitive cognition and belief in Him, reasoning high exclusively of Providence to the end that if He delivers them from this catastrophe they would be indeed thankful
